Key role in supporting the growth of regional and commercial banking across Victoria and Tasmania.

This position involves identifying and developing new business lending opportunities, primarily for regional commercial businesses with revenue $50m-$150m. Building strong relationships with internal teams is essential to work effectively and collaboratively, and developing referral networks to support origination activity.

  • Identify opportunities, pursue and acquire new profitable clients for the bank by using your networks and referral sources
  • Prepare and manage end-to-end new business transactions and ensure a seamless handover to relationship teams
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams in order to work effectively and collaboratively
  • Build and maintain strong referral networks to support origination activity

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high performance, supported by flexible working arrangements, and experience in origination success with new-to-bank commercial or emerging corporate clients across diversified industries.
