Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting the strategic direction for their region
  • Leading a culture prioritizing resident satisfaction and customer service excellence
  • Developing operational strategies aligned to business plan targets
  • Driving regional performance through data-driven decision making
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop people leadership plans and budgets
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on operations related to the Retirement Villages Act

Your Background:

  • Proven leadership experience in asset and property management, preferably in Seniors Living or Hospitality
  • Expert knowledge of the Retirement Village Act and Accreditation process/principles
  • Strong financial reporting and budget management skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams across multiple locations
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
