Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee cyclical business activities, including payroll, compliance training, salary reviews, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of talent acquisition, performance management, and IR & ER activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow a High-Performance Culture: Align with the strategic and operational priorities of the organization.
  • Lead Recruitment: Manage the recruitment function to attract top talent.
  • Training and Development: Plan and coordinate training processes to enhance employee skills.
  • Competence Management: Support the annual training plan and competence management.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Ensure payroll procedures meet legal requirements.
  • Employee Support: Manage employee workers' compensation claims and back-to-work programs.
  • Surveys and Feedback: Coordinate Bosch associate surveys to drive improvement.
  • Personnel Marketing: Manage personnel marketing activities to attract top talent.
  • Diversity and Leadership: Lead diversity and leadership development projects.
  • HR Strategy: Design, develop, and implement adaptive HR strategies to attract, engage, develop, and retain employees.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Breadth and depth of experience in strategic and operational HR.
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant professional experience.
  • Skills: Excellent people skills, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
