Human Resources Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Head of Human Resources. This is a newly created position that will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our HR function, including systems, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the business, including performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, and transitions
* Develop and implement engagement and retention strategies to foster a committed and customer-centric workforce
* Partner with the business on strategic initiatives and projects, including policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and complaint management
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of EBA, Awards, and Acts

Requirements

* Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of developing and implementing HR strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
