Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department at ClearCompany.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

The Human Resources Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure employee productivity and engagement.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and health insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
