About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and best-practice Workforce and Industrial Relations services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the People and Culture Business Partners and Workforce Support Teams to achieve business objectives and improve organizational performance.
  • Implement strategic workforce improvement programs, including the delivery of business partnering function areas across the district.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR/IR services that enable and facilitate the achievement of the LHD business requirements.
  • Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
