Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support in one or more human resources or related functional areas.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Prepare drafts and final formatting of correspondence such as letters, briefs, reports, and presentations.
  • Prioritize work to meet deadlines and be flexible and adaptable.
  • Use human resource information systems and records management systems.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in Human Resources/Human Capital Management.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with, and ability to attain a sound understanding of legislative requirements, organisational policy, and procedures associated with the management of a contemporary people and culture service area.
  • Strong customer service focus, along with high-level interpersonal skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
