
Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our team in the Eastern States region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to deliver profitable growth for our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new strategic growth plans and sales campaigns.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline within existing customer base and targeting new customers and markets.
- Demonstrating risk-taking, creativity & innovation to ensure achievement of our performance targets.
- Motivating and leading a large team of Account Managers, Growth Leaders and Field Service Engineers/Representatives.
- Coaching and mentoring the sales team and service team.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce or Science, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling and/or marketing complex solutions and/or technical sales in the water treatment industry.
Able to travel locally approximately 50% of the time, the successful candidate will also have strong technical knowledge of industrial water treatment applications.
Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives is essential.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce or Science.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in selling and/or marketing complex solutions and/or technical sales in the water treatment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial water treatment applications.
