Job Title: Regional Business Developer

Key Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and develop new opportunities in the Western Australian, South Australian, and Northern Territory markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business leads in the quarrying, mining, and material handling sectors, focusing on crushing and screening equipment and complementary products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our product range.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market share targets and expand our presence in the region.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on equipment selection and application, ensuring optimal solutions for their needs.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • Establish and maintain technical knowledge of our products to deliver effective sales support.
  • Support the delivery of crushing and screening machines, including hands-on management from initial discussion to machine handover.
About You:

You will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with expertise in developing new product lines. Your understanding of crushing and screening applications, as well as the quarry and mining industries, will be essential in driving business growth.

In addition to your sales skills, you will possess excellent communication and reporting abilities, both written and oral. Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, is also required. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be necessary to succeed in this role.

A full vehicle driver's license is a must.
