Job Summary:

Roc Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Melbourne team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the national freight management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective customers to understand their transportation needs and requirements
  • Construct cost-effective and efficient interstate logistics services
  • Build market share and promote to new customers
  • Manage existing client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and deliver proposals to secure new business

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful business-to-business sales experience
  • Ability to manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Full industry training provided

  • Salary of $90K + $15k car allowance + comms with an OTE of $200k
