Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our close-knit team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR Consulting services to our clients in the community sector.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking flexible part-time hours with the option to work from home in addition to our client's offices. About the Job

As a Human Resources Generalist, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice and support on various HR functions including human resources, workforce planning, culture and change, leadership development and talent management, project management, proposal writing, facilitation, employee relations, coaching, and recruitment delivery.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their HR requirements. Your exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to clients
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and plans
  • Conduct training and workshops on HR-related topics
  • Manage employee relations and performance issues
  • Recruit and select candidates for client organizations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IR/ER or HR and at least 4 years of generalist advisory experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • A genuine desire to help not-for-profit clients
  • Ability to work independently and deliver creative solutions
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive work style
