Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of all HR activities.

  • Recruitment and onboarding, including phone screening, interviewing, coordinating video and on-site interviews, and managing the recruitment process through our applicant tracking system.
  • Employee relations and advice, providing support and guidance to employees on HR processes, procedures, policies, and general queries.
  • Professional writing, including job ads, job descriptions, employment correspondence, policies, guidelines, and reports.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (desirable).
  • AHRI or affiliate professional membership desirable.
  • 5+ years experience in a generalist HR role with deep knowledge of HR practices, Fair Work Legislation, and employment obligations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service driven with a professional presence and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
