Human Resources Professional Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality, assisting in recruitment, processing onboarding and offboarding documentation, responding to HR-related inquiries, preparing and distributing internal communications, ensuring compliance with workplace regulations and organisational policies, and supporting payroll processing.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
