Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description:As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional HR service by managing the HR email inbox and ensuring that all employee or general queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the HR team to manage administrative tasks, including processing onboarding, terminations, transfers and other changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance tracking and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems for personnel records.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Coordinate processes to maintain accurate reporting structure/organisational charts.
- Prepare regular HR reports.
- 1-5 years working experience in a human resources setting.
- Ability to analyse, problem solve & resolve disputes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks.
