Cavotec is a leading cleantech company that designs and delivers connection and electrification solutions to enable the decarbonization of ports and industrial applications.
We are seeking an HR professional with a strong background in labor law, payroll management, and employee relations to act as an HR leader to support the delivery of our business strategy.
- Work closely with business departments to identify HR service needs based on workforce planning, business requirements, and employee expectations.
- Support employees and leadership teams with expert services in workforce planning, country HR support, employee communication, and employee relations.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are in accordance with company HR policies and procedures, labour laws, and local regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient and effective operational management of Human Resources. This role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will be part of the global HR team.
About the Role:- To work collaboratively with various business stakeholders to provide proactive HR guidance and advice.
- To develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs to drive business results.
- To build strong relationships with employees at all levels to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
