Job Overview

This role will provide human resources support and advice to managers and employees on employment conditions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Industrial Relations team to offer industrial relations specific human resources guidance, assistance and expertise.

This includes interpreting and applying industrial instruments, as well as contributing to resolving other industrial relations issues.

Additionally, the role will undertake projects and research as required.

Key Responsibilities:
