We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our high-performance program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to senior management and external stakeholders on public and private partnering arrangements and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners and philanthropic avenues.
  • Cultivate and service a wide network of local, national and international partnerships across diverse portfolios to achieve high performance outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to interpret and understand the needs of elite coaches and athletes.
