
High Performance Growth Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned growth marketing leader to build and execute a high-performing growth engine across multiple industrial businesses.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a 3-year growth strategy for each business, leveraging data-driven insights and commercially focused tactics.
- Build and lead high-performing teams of A-players across growth, content, product marketing, and operations.
- Develop and implement robust brand architectures, messaging frameworks, and content engines to elevate our brands and drive customer engagement.
- Drive demand generation through targeted outreach, organic content, paid advertising, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Design and optimize funnels to improve conversion rates, boost sales velocity, and enhance customer retention.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers to support growth objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience driving growth marketing in high-performance environments.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful internal teams (not just managing agencies).
- Strong understanding of commercial principles, data-driven decision-making, and autonomous work practices.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply, drive cross-functional collaboration, and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience scaling B2B companies in complex technical sales environments is a significant plus.
