We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team at ArchiPro, a leading online platform revolutionizing the building and design industry. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals to drive growth and client acquisition in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Analyze supplier onboarding processes and results to refine approaches and increase efficiency.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Establish strong relationships with new suppliers and ensure a tailored and effective introduction to ArchiPro's services.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with over 10 years of experience in growing and leading sales teams.
- Proven experience in advertising and media sales, with a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers.
- Industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
