The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Specialists, Business Development Managers, and New Business Directors to grow our client base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 8 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the client base.
- Analyse supplier onboarding processes and results to refine approaches and increase efficiency.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Establish strong relationships with new suppliers and ensure they are well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with ArchiPro.
- Conduct deep dives into client data to identify trends and opportunities that could benefit potential and current partners.
- Design and implement bespoke onboarding plans for major suppliers to ensure a tailored and effective introduction to ArchiPro's services.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to supplier clients, delivering value and exceeding expectations to foster long-term loyalty and growth.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with over 10 years of experience in growing and leading sales teams.
- Proven experience in advertising and media sales, with a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into a dynamic marketplace.
- Industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, ensuring both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
