Head of Sales Australia

ArchiPro is revolutionizing the building industry with its cutting-edge platform, and we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in Australia. As the Head of Sales, you'll lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Specialists, Business Development Managers, and New Business Directors to onboard top clients and exceed revenue targets.
With a deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, you'll develop innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into our dynamic marketplace. Your strong negotiation and sales skills will ensure both our company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
Collaborating closely with marketing, advertising, and client service teams, you'll leverage market trends and client feedback to refine outreach efforts and enhance the client onboarding process. This will maximize client satisfaction, ensure successful integration into our platform, and increase long-term engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 8 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the client base.
- Analyze supplier onboarding processes and results to refine approaches and increase efficiency.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Establish strong relationships with new suppliers and ensure they are well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with ArchiPro.
Strategic Client Relations:
- Conduct deep dives into client data to identify trends and opportunities that could benefit potential and current partners.
- Design and implement bespoke onboarding plans for major suppliers to ensure a tailored and effective introduction to ArchiPro's services.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to supplier clients, delivering value and exceeding expectations to foster long-term loyalty and growth.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork:
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that attract high-quality suppliers to the ArchiPro platform.
- Work with the Product Development team to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of new suppliers, enhancing their experience and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with over 10 years of experience in growing and leading sales teams.
- Proven experience in advertising and media sales, with a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers.
- Industry knowledge of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals and ensure both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
