About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team in Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, with experience in growing and leading high-performing sales teams. They will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive business growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain new clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of growing and leading high-performing sales teams.
  2. Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  3. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and drive business growth.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
