ArchiPro is revolutionizing the building industry with its cutting-edge platform, and we're looking for a talented Sales Leader to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and client acquisition in the region.

About the Role

As the Head of Sales, you'll lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Specialists, Business Development Managers, and New Business Directors to onboard new clients and drive revenue growth. You'll need to have strong commercial and sales acumen, be an inspiring leader, and be able to balance supporting your team with client proposals and strategic growth.

Our Commercial Team is the driving force behind the revenue that fuels our continuous product evolution in the architectural world. The Head of Sales is an essential pillar of our growth and client acquisition strategy, operating within a dynamic and multifaceted industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 8 sales professionals to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Analyze supplier onboarding processes and results to refine approaches and increase efficiency.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
  • Establish strong relationships with new suppliers and ensure they are well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with ArchiPro.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in sales leadership, with over 10 years of experience in growing and leading sales teams.
  2. Proven experience in advertising and media sales, with a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
  3. Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into a dynamic marketplace.
  4. Industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges.
  5. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
