Current Opportunity

As a member of our People Advisory Services team, you will collaborate with clients to devise solutions to complex people issues, implement organisational change initiatives, support the end-to-end employee lifecycles, and build effective people strategies.

You will help organisations achieve their objectives and realise value through their people and strategy by leading the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans for digital transformation or other organisational changes, supporting the delivery of culture change initiatives, developing and delivering training programs to build capabilities, and developing target operating models.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong background in consulting, delivering human capital engagements, or experience in people consulting gained within the professional services industry.

Candidates should possess a solid foundational experience in change management, knowledge and practical experience in change management methodologies, an aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results, well-developed core consulting skills, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels.
