We are seeking articulate and confident candidates who are eager to work in an HR/recruitment related position. With Anton Murray Consulting, you can be rewarded based on your hard work and capacity to generate revenue for our business.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a Buy-Side focused role as an Executive in support of asset manager, asset owner, super-fund and custody clients across Sydney & Melbourne.
We run a small profitable team and we are looking to grow our Sydney team on the back of a strong pipeline of work coming in over the next 6-18 months.
You will ideally be a recent graduate with a B.Business, B.Human Resources, B.Finance or B.Commerce degree. We will consider applicants with 1-3 years of post-graduate experience within financial markets, client services or sales.
We are looking for a sharp recent graduate with strong communication and presentation skills. Graduates with minimal or only internship experience may also be considered depending on their capacity to develop based on their interpersonal qualities.
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic grad to learn and be mentored by a team of senior recruitment consultants with over 30 years of experience between the team.
About the Role
We offer a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the most well-respected, well-connected and experienced consultants in the market, building client relationships with an enviable set of clients that include the biggest Investment Banks, Asset Managers and Private Wealth firms in the region.
Our team has a global reach across Asia-Pacific, with interaction with candidates and clients across our four coverage locations of Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Hong Kong.
We have a supportive and friendly team, with a flat team structure where you can progress quickly based on your capacity to earn revenue.
This is an opportunity to build solid relationships with our clients and candidates through extensive time on the phone, over email, over coffee meetings, lots of client lunches and occasional beers with clients after work.
What We Offer
• **Salary**: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
