Our Graduate Program

Our 2-year program will stretch and challenge you to explore and experiment, to listen and absorb, to be curious and have a voice.

You'll join a program based on your degree and interests, with opportunities to complete short team rotations every 6 months to build your experience and identify your passion.

Your Development

Your development will include formal training, coaching, mentoring, sharing of internal knowledge and experience and on-the-job learning.

You'll experience a range of integrated, challenging and targeted learning opportunities, including:

  • Involvement in real projects to learn fundamental industry skills and knowledge
  • Information and Q&A sessions with key employees, leaders and past graduates
  • Regular meetings with your manager and mentor
  • Formal performance and development reviews to track and progress towards key development milestones
  • Participation in external networking activities relevant to position/qualifications such as Engineers Australia or a local young professionals networking group
Salary and Benefits

As an Environmental Consultant at EMM Consulting, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
