Job Opportunity: Asset Management Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Asset Management Recruitment Consultant in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the asset management industry.

With a strong understanding of financial markets and a passion for recruitment, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

You will work closely with our senior consultants to develop and execute recruitment strategies, identify and engage with potential candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to placement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Human Resources
  • Experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
