We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Westpac SME team in New South Wales. As a key member of our growth-focused team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced banker to leverage their lending expertise, networking skills, and passion for innovation to drive business growth. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our customers, and fostering strong partnerships with internal specialists and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking, relationship-building, and market research.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Pursue strategic partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand our reach and influence.
