We're seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst - Business Growth Specialist to join our fast-paced, dynamic team in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and contribute to the success of our business.

Job Summary:

  • Prioritize and manage revenue-related data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Analyze complex financial data to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain effective reporting tools to enhance visibility and drive business performance.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue-related systems and databases.
  • Identify and implement data quality improvements to enhance decision-making capabilities.
Analysis
  • Analyze complex financial data to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain effective reporting tools to enhance visibility and drive business performance.
Process Optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Recommend best practices and standard operating procedures for revenue operations.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support revenue growth initiatives.
Strategic Initiatives
  • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within SaaS or another subscription revenue business.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), billing systems (Zuora), and other revenue-related software.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions, while being adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
