As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales teams and customer bases.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for managing educational programs, issuing commercial licenses within specific regions, and providing administrative support to sales teams.
- Manage educational programs through correspondence with universities and students, issuance of educational licenses and extensions annually, and collaboration with marketing teams to grow and improve programs.
- Issuance and administration of commercial licenses within specified regions, and assistance with customer license-related inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to sales teams by preparing quotes, updating customer records in CRM systems, and liaising with customers and other internal teams.
Key skills required include effective communication, teamwork, and autonomy while working under direction.
