Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Sales Team Providers Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Step into a high-impact sales role with one of the biggest names in the Frozen Food segment - McCain across QLD Please note this is a 2YR opportunity with frequent travel. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Represent one of the industry's most prominent frozen food brands with pride and professionalism.
  • Understand our client's goals and take proactive steps to deliver results through exceptional planning and execution.
  • Negotiate volume and distribution deals, secure prime shelf space, and introduce exciting new products into the market.
  • Drive market share growth within your territory by owning your results and building strong customer relationships.
  • Execute promotional activities and merchandising strategies to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Build long-term, effective partnerships with your customer base—while always keeping an eye out for new opportunities to grow.
  • Regular overnight regional travel will be required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the FMCG and Independent Grocery channel – essential.
  • A confident communicator with natural people skills who thrives on building and nurturing professional relationships.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, email, and CRM platforms.
  • A proactive self-starter who works well independently while contributing to broader team success.
  • Strong time management and a keen attention to detail.
  • Organised and forward-thinking in your planning approach.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and thrives under pressure.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ideally be located central to Brisbane or Northern Suburbs.
