Description

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, targeting complex high-needs NDIS participants across Southeast Queensland.
  • Leverage established professional networks to significantly enhance participant acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with hospitals, government agencies, and other healthcare providers.
  • Develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives tailored to expanding our client's NDIS service reach.
  • Keep abreast of NDIS policy changes to proactively identify and capitalise on new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and regularly report sales performance, applying data-driven insights to continuously refine business strategies.

Profile

  • Proven track record in business development, ideally within the NDIS disability services sector.
  • Extensive professional networks within hospitals, mental health clinics, and external support coordination agencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework and an understanding of participant needs and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept in consultative selling and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a capacity to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Positive, engaging personality with a genuine passion for disability support.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (business, healthcare, marketing) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
