We are seeking a
Project Manager
with a
degree in Construction Management
to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be managing diverse infrastructure projects and supporting government, private sector, and community clients. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned with scope — while working within the governance and reporting frameworks that give Program Partners its reputation for delivery certainty.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Brisbane, QLD, with some work from home permissible. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects in accordance with strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and finalization of projects
  • Expediting and Expeditor skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
  • Experience in the infrastructure or related industry is beneficial
