**About the role**
**Main tasks**: Generate and maintain positive working relationships with prospects and customers focused on customer satisfaction and ongoing business.

**Other tasks**:

- **Answer** customer questions by providing technical information, pricing, and turnaround times
- **Process** request for quote release stages
- **Enter** and review customer pricing and relevant databases
- **Liaise** with your team and other divisions to meet business goals
- **Contribute** to the business by generating ideas and opportunities

- Success in a customer service or phone-based sales position
- Experience with MS Office, and ideally ERP, CRM, & quality assurance software

- Knowledge of the construction or steel fabrication industries
- The ability to read basic, technical drawings
