Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute Account or Territory strategies to optimize growth opportunities within your designated SEA accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet company sales objectives.
- Identify and qualify leads, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, comprehend customer requirements, deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate agreements, and finalize contracts.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and other senior leaders.
- Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions to address those needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including channel, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and account planning to management.
- Travel within SEA to engage with clients and participate in Atlassian and partner events as required.
- Implement strategic initiatives to uncover opportunities and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage complex sales cycles and work collaboratively with external partners to devise sales strategies for your territory or enterprise accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and expanding a portfolio of large enterprise clients in the SEA region.
- 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise software sales.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives.
- Experience in aligning and orchestrating internal account teams.
- Extensive experience utilizing CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and achieve performance metrics.
- Expertise in developing comprehensive enterprise territory and account plans.
- Proactive in engaging clients with a consultative, solution-focused approach to identify new opportunities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Contributes positively to team culture and dynamics.
- Experience collaborating with external partners to advance opportunities.
