Senior Business Growth Manager

This is a sales-driven role focused on securing early wins through proactive networking and opportunity identification.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of creating growth, building trusted client relationships, and shaping innovative live experiences across conferences, incentives, launches, and events in Australia and globally.
This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, consultative presence, and strong commercial acumen to drive business development and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build strong, consultative client relationships – inspiring clients with energy and insight.
- Develop proposals, pitches, and tender submissions that stand out.
- Represent the agency at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Minimum 5+ years' corporate event experience – ideally within a live event agency environment (conferences, incentives, launches), though strategic comms/engagement backgrounds will also be considered.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset – you thrive on building, hunting, and winning.
- A proven record of new business development and pipeline growth.
- Consultative, energetic presence – able to spark ideas and bring fresh perspectives to clients.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and ability to work independently.
