A forward-thinking leader is sought for a senior management role, overseeing the smooth functioning of our two venues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational excellence, with expertise in business strategy, brand management, and financial acumen.

The successful individual will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in operational functions, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. They will also be responsible for enhancing the quality of customer service, collaborating with senior leadership and other management teams, and providing strategic advice to support commercial and operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities include managing the organisation's overall operational objectives, developing operational budgets, and ensuring operational compliance with relevant statutory and trading authorities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing facilities, plant, and company assets, as well as effectively managing operational capital expenditure.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effortlessly transition between operational issues and strategic objectives. They will also have a strong understanding of IT and systems, along with critical analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements for the role include a minimum of five (5) years of senior management experience in a service-related industry, relevant tertiary qualifications, and a well-rounded individual with expertise in business strategy, operational excellence, brand management, people management, and financial management.
