About the Role
The Business Growth Manager role is responsible for driving revenue growth of client accounts while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving agreed-upon targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans for client accounts to achieve customer satisfaction and promote the use of our services.
Growth and Penetration
Facilitate growth and penetration of clients' contracts by identifying opportunities for expanded support business and collaborating with sales and support groups.
Negotiation and Collaboration
Manage negotiations between the organisation, clients, and third-party organisations involved, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
Client Interface
Act as the main interface between clients and the organisation, ensuring an optimal level of service is provided and continually seeking opportunities to participate in clients' strategic business planning processes.
Support and Development
Liaise between customer and product support and development staff to ensure effective issue resolution and ongoing improvement of services.
Sales Efforts
Create a client environment conducive to sales efforts, coordinating resources to meet client objectives and monitoring client support activities to ensure effective problem resolution.
New Opportunities
Stay up-to-date with new products and releases through regular updates with Product Managers, and identify potential areas for product, services, and education sales.
Customer Advisory
Advise customers on information and business strategy to enhance their overall success and provide recommendations for suitable products, services, and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue.
Requirements
Expert Knowledge
Expert knowledge of industry and ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
Specialist Skills
Specialist knowledge of payroll legislation, along with experience in managing people and teams, communication and analytical ability, and strong customer service skills.
Leadership Abilities
Proven leadership abilities, including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and manage direct and indirect teams of employees across multiple functions.
