Collaborate with Innovative 3M Staff Around the World

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team in North Ryde, NSW. As a Sales Specialist - Safety Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and provide expert advice on our fall protection products.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

  • Prioritize key customer opportunities and manage sales penetration within key end-user and distributor customers.
  • Provide regional training and support to internal and external customers on our fall protection products.
  • Assist in prioritizing new product development and achieve sales targets for the NSW territory.
  • Travel as required for sales meetings, operations meetings, and training at our Head Office in Sydney.
  • This role requires the ability to work safely at heights and set up trade shows, run product trials, and demonstrate technical product applications.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
  • No specific tertiary qualifications required, but formal business qualifications or equivalent experience in industry and commerce are highly regarded.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with proven results, preferably in industrial sales.
  • Key account management experience is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of finance, logistics, operations, and good business acumen.
