Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in North Ryde, NSW. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Fall Protection products to key customers in the NSW territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize key customer Fall Protection opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Manage Fall Protection penetration within key end-user and distributor customers
  • Provide Fall Protection regional training and support to both internal core sales team and external customer base
  • Assist in prioritization of key new Fall Protection products
  • Achieve Fall protection Sales Targets for NSW territory
  • Attend major trade shows and provide product demonstrations
  • Travel as required for National/Regional Sales Meetings, Operations Meetings, Strategic Planning, and training at Head Office
  • Set up and clear trade shows, run product trials, and demonstrate technical product applications

Requirements

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent
  • No specific tertiary qualifications required, but formal business qualifications at a tertiary level or equivalent experience in industry and commerce are highly regarded
  • 3-5 years sales experience with proven results, preferably within industrial sales
  • Key Account Management experience preferred
  • Understanding of category management, motivational tools, and basic finance, logistics, operations, and business acumen
