Job Summary

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Training Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training on Oracle methodologies and product solutions to sales and sales consulting personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales training, from new hire onboarding through promotion into sales and beyond
  • Manage global curriculum for new Sales Rep onboarding and reinforcement training, in both small and large group settings
  • Create and deliver training content for new initiatives with the help of subject matter experts
  • Work cross-functionally to bring in resources and feedback from our Sales Leadership, Solution Consulting Leadership, Global Sales Productivity and other value-added teams
  • Execute against a recurring training calendar with varying audiences
  • Organize large training events
  • Develop and implement international training strategies for program replication and refinement
Requirements
  • Typically 5 years of experience with at least 5 years of sales or sales consulting experience, 2 years of experience teaching at Oracle or another company
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and superior time-management skills
  • Ability to handle diverse groups of employees, including an international audience
  • Ability to establish credibility and create confidence quickly and easily
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
