Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating advertising sales revenue through the presentation of advertising strategies for local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Represent the radio brand to current advertisers and identify opportunities to grow our client base
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new relationships with potential clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform future sales strategies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or media
- Retail or customer-focused experience
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- A strong desire to achieve and exceed set revenue targets
- Strong personal motivation and organisational skills

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
