Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Townsville. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and friendly account management style, be highly organized with open communication, and have the ability to maintain existing key accounts while thinking outside the box to bring on new business and clients.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Store & Operations Manager to maximize sales through generated leads, cold calling, and overcoming any objections to close the sale. This role offers a highly competitive salary package, Monday to Friday position, and the opportunity to build and drive a new business to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Maintain and grow existing key accounts through excellent customer service and relationship building
  • Work closely with the Store & Operations Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Account Management or Business Development experience is essential
  • Ability to drive sales growth and meet KPI requirements
  • Full driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong business acumen and self-motivation
