
Business Growth Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth by making first contact with new customers, generating excitement, and qualifying leads. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to craft and execute strategies that fuel growth from existing customers and attract new clients.
This is a fast-paced and exhilarating opportunity where your efforts directly shape our success.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with vertical squads to develop go-to-market strategy that drives sales growth.
- Roll out the strategy and keep everyone informed with regular progress updates.
- Share valuable insights from customer interactions to shape future GTM plans.
- Identify key decision-makers and uncover sales opportunities.
- Map stakeholders, technical requirements, and business processes for every deal.
- Energize prospecting efforts with high-volume outreach.
- Drive additional revenue with incremental programs and projects initiated by sales management.
- Transition qualified opportunities to the right sales representative.
- Efficiently manage all opportunities until they are established in the sales pipeline.
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or account management preferred.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas or KPIs.
- Hands-on experience in prospecting, selling, and closing net new business opportunities.
- Previous experience making high-volume outbound calls.
- Ideal SaaS sales experience with Salesforce.
- Strong business acumen and forecasting skills.
- Ability to thrive independently in a structured sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for tackling challenges.
