Job Title: Business Growth Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business acquisition through the complete sales cycle
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations via screen share
  • Prospect via cold calls and strategic email outreach
  • Educate and consult prospects on how Momence can help grow their business
  • Identify influencers and decision-makers within target organizations
  • Manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (Hubspot)

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years of closing experience in software sales
  2. 1+ years of experience selling into small businesses
  3. 1+ years of experience with inside sales, particularly running live demos via screen share
  4. 2+ years of outbound sales experience
  5. Consultative selling approach
  6. Strong understanding of the Australian market

What You Should Have:

  • Qualifications: 1+ years of closing experience in software sales, 1+ years of experience selling into small businesses, 1+ years of experience with inside sales, particularly running live demos via screen share, 2+ years of outbound sales experience, consultative selling approach, strong understanding of the Australian market
