Job Title: Business Growth Representative
The Sales Development Representative plays a pivotal role in the sales team, serving as the primary point of contact for new clients and providing regional coverage.
This position focuses on promoting sales of Video Security and Analytics solutions within the product portfolio and collaborating with Account Managers to drive next-generation solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert, champion, and advocate for specific solutions or products within the portfolio.
- Prospect for new business by cold calling and generating new leads.
- Qualify leads in Salesforce and other databases and resources as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.
- Schedule, coordinate, and promote demo webinars in the assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance objectives for the assigned territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Educate customers on business processes and products; continuously learn about products and solutions.
- Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services.
- Strong verbal communication and multi-tasking skills during customer interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and applications and effectively qualify and resolve customer issues using internal tools.
