About the Role:We're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join their Australian team.
In an exciting new chapter the team is relocating to a new space in Pakenham, VIC this November.
This is a key role representing Farmgard on the ground driving new business, supporting and training dealer partners, and delivering outstanding product support to end users.
What We're Looking For
* Strong agricultural knowledge – you understand farmers, machinery, and the value the right equipment brings to the land
* A hunter–farmer mixed mindset – skilled at identifying new opportunities and following them through to long-term customer relationships
* Mechanically minded – confident discussing machinery features and benefits in a practical, relatable way
* Relationship builder – able to connect with both end-users and dealer networks to earn trust and drive repeat business
* Self-motivated and hands-on – thrives in a high-autonomy role, comfortable being on the road, and representing a close-knit, high-performing team
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agriculture and horticulture sectors
* Present and pitch Farmgard's product range to prospective clients and dealers, both in-person and virtually
* Maintain a balance between field sales and office-based activity
* Ensure all sales are completed with care, urgency, and follow-through – from enquiry through to after-sales support
* Track sales activity, maintain accurate CRM data, and report on pipeline development regularly
