Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales and market growth for our Energy Storage System (ESS) and portable power products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ESS and portable power sectors, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and end-users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, monitoring and reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and services, providing feedback to the product development team to support the continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans to drive growth and retention within existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of products and services to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling between our multiple brands, meeting all KPIs assigned by Management.
- Degree in business management or a related field, advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, with strong knowledge of the Solar PV, ESS, and portable power markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
