Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting individuals return to meaningful employment using their specialist knowledge and skills
- Making a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges
- Supporting clients' journey as they return to work and life through clinical expertise and skills
- Minimising the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
- Taking responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal
- Engaging with key stakeholders and developing strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client care
- An ability to adapt and work with a variety of clients across a range of tasks
- A capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- An enthusiasm for new opportunities and ongoing learning
- A commitment to being part of a collaborative and supportive team
You'll also need:
- Professional registration with relevant authorities
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
