We are seeking a skilled Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:Deliver Exceptional Rehabilitation Outcomes:
As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential. Your specialist knowledge and skills will be used to help people return to meaningful employment and make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your clinical expertise and skills to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
- Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor clients' progress toward their return-to-work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
- Professional registration with AHPRA.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
